COVID-19 / CORONA VIRUS INFORMATION
**NOTE** Please be advised due to the corona virus there may be delays with Order processing, tracking number assignments, and shipping/delivery.
As a result of the worldwide situation, this can put a huge strain on shipping and logistics companies used to facilitate the final delivery of your order.
We are working hard to get your order to you as soon as feasible during this time, however it is expected that delays will be experienced. We appreciate your understand and patience.
WAYS YOU CAN HELP
If after 2 weeks of placing your order you have not received a Tracking link via email, please feel free to contact us at: shoptravelzoid@gmail.com
If you have received a Tracking Link via email, this means your package has been shipped from our factory and is in the hands of the postage service for your country.
Your tracking information will update automatically as your package moves through the mail stream.
We can only see the same tracking information that you can see on your link, so unfortunately if you message us asking for an update with your order while its in transit to you, we are unable to provide any information. We would recommend contacting the postal service in your country (i.e. USPS for the USA) and providing your tracking number and they may be able to give a clearer scheduled delivery date.
If you order appears to have been lost in transit, (over 6 weeks from date of order) please feel free to email us with your order details and we will investigate and replace or refund if required.
IS IT SAFE TO RECEIVE A LETTER OR A PACKAGE FROM CHINA?

The World Health Organization has posted the following information regarding mail and parcel items originating from China and destined for International locations;
Yes receiving mail items is safe. People receiving packages from China are not at risk of contracting the new coronavirus. From previous analysis, we know corona viruses do not survive long on objects, such as letters or packages.

We do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged. For more information, please refer to our Contact Us inquires.
TRACKING INFORMATION STATES ITEM WAS DELIVERED BUT I DO NOT HAVE IT
This can be a frustrating circumstance. We highly recommend contacting USPS directly and providing your tracking number, ask to speak to someone about a lost package. Sometimes, the mail carrier takes the item back to the local depot to hold for customer pickup.
We also suggest speaking to any friends, family members or neighbors who may have access to your mailbox, or who has mail delivered to the same area in the event the package was picked up by mistake.
If you suspect your package was stolen from your mailbox, we recommend contacting USPS as well as your local police.
TravelZoid is unable to provide refunds or replacements for items that show delivered by USPS.
All custom made items are shipped to the address entered at the time of the order only. TravelZoid is not responsible for packages delivered due to an incorrect address entry.
